At GVS Cosmo Cosmetics, we want you to shop with confidence. If you need to return an item purchased directly from our website, please review the policy below before sending anything back. Returns must be authorised first so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return for items purchased directly from the GVS Cosmo Cosmetics website, provided the item is unused, unopened, in its original condition, and returned with proof of purchase. This policy applies only to orders placed directly on our website. If you purchased from an authorised retailer or another marketplace, you must contact that seller directly for their return procedure.
2. Your Right to Cancel

3. Hygiene and Safety Exception

5. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email sales@gvscosmocosmetics.co.uk with:
- your full name
- your order number
- the item(s) you want to return
- the reason for the return
- photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect
Please do not send your item back before contacting us. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide the return instructions and the correct return address. Please include your original packing slip or order confirmation email in the parcel.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
7. Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item under your standard cancellation rights, you may be responsible for the return shipping cost unless we state otherwise. If the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will refund the item price in full, including the original delivery charge and reasonable return costs where applicable.
8. Subscription Orders
If you purchase through a subscription service, cancellations or amendments should be requested at least 3 business daysbefore the scheduled shipping date. Once a subscription order has been processed and a shipping confirmation has been sent, that shipment may no longer be cancellable for that cycle.
